Man kann sogar atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge bewundern. 

Außerdem ist es sehr angenehm draußen zu essen.

Maximale Belegung: 6 Gäste inklusive Kinder.  

Zwei weitere kleine Kinder unter 3 Jahren sind ebenfalls willkommen.

Kinderbetten und Hochstühle sind vorhanden. Es kann ein Zuschlag erhoben werden.

Willkommensgeschenk: unbegrenzt WiFi-Internetzugang anschluss die ganze Wohnung und Balkon. Ein privater Parkplatz im Innenhof des Gebäudes (unbewacht) und mit  Pflanzen bedeckt.

Ein zweiter privater Parkplatz ist auf Anfrage erhältlich.

Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage, in einem schönen Gebäude (auf der dritten und letzten Etage ONHE Aufzug).

500 Meter weit vom Stadtzentrum des hübschen Ortes Bardolino und vom Gardasee Strand entfernt. Bequem zu allen Annehmlichkeiten und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Region. 

Unterkunft für Selbstversorger bestehend aus = Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Leseleuchten und Ventilatoren, eines mit zwei Einzelbetten (die verbunden werden können)  und eines mit Doppelbett.

Geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit zwei Sofas, von denen ein Doppelschlafcouch ist.

Couchtisch und großer Flachbildfernseher 42” ( SAT-TV mit fast allen kostenlosen deutschsprachigen Programmen). Ein Badezimmer mit große Badewanne und Dusche mit Spritzerschutz, Waschbecken, WC, Bidet, Containermöbel und Haartrockner.

Willkommen Set = Toilettenpapier, Seife und Shampoo.

Komfortable Wohnküche mit Essplatz (ausziehbarer Tisch 6 Plätze), Gasherd mit 4 Brennern und Dunstabzugshaube, Spülbecken, Backofen und großem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspülmaschine und Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster, Wasserkocher und Moka für italienischen Kaffee.

Eine reichliche Auswahl an Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Tassen, Töpfe, Pfannen und weiterem Zubehör. Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, Schuhschrank und Spülbecken.

Nicht Rollstuhlgerechtes. In diesem Gebäude gibt es keinen Aufzug.

Haustiere = sind auf Anfrage und gegen Aufpreis gestattet, maximal 2 und von geringer Größe und im Wohnen in Wohnungen ausgebildet.

Die Gäste werden gebeten, in den Räumen nicht zu rauchen! Rauchen ist nur auf den 3 Balkonen erlaubt, aber bitte achten Sie auf die Zigarettenkippen (Streng verboten nach unten zu werfen).

Mietpreis pro Übernachtung:  ab € 50,00 bis € 180,00 (es kommt auf den Zeitraum an). Preise abhängig von Saison aber fair und angemessen, bitte anfragen an.

Mindestaufenthalt in der Nebensaison: ab 3 Nächte. Hochsaison: ab 7 Nächte.

Ermäßigungen für Aufenthalte von mindestens 2 Wochen.

Es gibt keine Rückerstattungen für späte Ankünfte und / oder vorzeitiger Abreise.

An- und Abreise: die Wohnung wird um 13:30 Uhr am Tag der Ankunft geliefert werden und muss um 10:00 Uhr am Tag der Abreise geräumt werden. 

Früher Check-in und später Check-out nach Verfügbarkeit und gegen Gebühr möglich.

Kaution: € 150,00 in bar bei Ankunft fällig und bei Abreise zurückerstattet, wenn keine Schäden festgestellt werden.

Die Kaution kann im Verhältnis zur Aufenthaltsdauer, Anzahl der Gäste und Haustiere höher sein.

Bettwäsche und Hand/Badetücher = kann man selbst mitbringen oder bei uns gegen Gebühr erhalten. 

Ein Paket von Handtüchern Kostet € 5,00 und enthält 3 Stück , von denen eine große für die Dusche, ein Medium für das Gesicht und die Hände und einen kleinen für das Bidet.

Mietpreis für Bettwäsche: Doppelbett komplett: € 14,00 Einzelbett komplett: € 8,00

Hochstuhl und/oder Kinderbett (Reisebett mit extra Matratze, Kissen, Bettwäsche und Abdeckung ausgestattet) = auf Anfrage mit Zuschlag, entsprechend der Länge des Aufenthalts. Kostenlos für Aufenthalte von mindestens 2 Wochen.

Endreinigungsgebühr mit Desinfektion (Covid 19-Präventionsbestimmungen) = € 50,00

Jedenfalls die Wohnung sollt ordentlich verlassen werden, mit sauberen Küchengeräten und Zubehör. Hausmüll ist zu entfernen und in die Mülltonnen (getrennte Sammlung) zu entsorgen.

Vermieter nicht mit der täglichen Reinigung besorgt.

Klimaanlage: auf Anfrage, falls benötig und mit bitte einen verantwortungsvollen Umgang. Zusätzliche Kosten könnten durch Missbrauch in Verbindung mit dem Stromverbrauch entstehen.

Zwei tragbare Ventilatoren sind vorhanden.

Unabhängige Heizung mit elektronischer Thermostat.

Kurtaxe: € 1,00 pro Person und Nacht.

Kinder unter 15 Jahren und behindert sind von der Steuer befreit.

Unsere Fahrräder stehen gegen eine geringe Gebühr, zum Ausgleich der Wartungskosten, zur Verfügung. Im Hof befinden sich Fahrradständer zum Abstellen der Fahrräder.     

Man kann auch Fahrräder auf einem unserer Parkplätze abstellen.

Verwenden Sie immer die mitgelieferten Vorhängeschlösser, um Diebstahl zu verhindern.

The apartment is situated in a quiet location on the third and last floor of a pleasant building without elevator. Near the center of the lovely town of Bardolino and the lake front. Convenient to all amenities and an ideal base for exploring the region.

Self-catering accommodation consisting of two bedrooms (with reading lights and fans) one with two single (connectable) beds  and one with one double bed. Spacious living room with two sofas, one of which is double sofa bed. Coffee table and large flat screen TV 42 "( with some satellite channels in English).

One bathroom equipped with a large bathtub with shower and splash guard, sink, bidet and hairdryer. Welcome set: toilet paper, soap and shampoo.

Large functional kitchen with dining area and gas hob with 4 burners, oven and large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave, coffee maker and toaster. An wide selection of dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots, pans and many other accessories. Storage room with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, shoe rack and hangers. A large and furnished sunny balcony with table, chairs, deck chairs and a retractable awning. You can dine on the balcony and enjoy the amazing view of Lake Garda with its breathtaking sunsets.

Minimum stay in low season: from 3 nights. High season: from 7 nights.

There are no refunds for late arrivals and / or early departures.

Maximum occupancy is 6 people including children. Additional infants under the

age of 3 are always welcome. Cots with mattress and high chairs are available

Arrival and departure: the apartment will be ready from 01:30 PM on the day of

arrival and must be vacated no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Early check in and late check out possible subject to availability and for a fee

Security deposit = € 150.00 due in cash upon arrival and refunded upon departure if no damage is found. The security deposit could be higher in relation to the length of stay, number of guests and pets.

Bed linen and towels: you can bring your own or rent them on site.

Final cleaning with disinfection =  € 50,00 

In any case, the kitchen accessories should be left clean.

The garbage must be removed and placed in the appropriate street containers for the separate collection.

Landlord not concerned with the daily cleaning.

Air conditioning = on request and with a responsible handling. 

Additional costs could be incurred through misuse in connection with electricity
